  • As all of our products are second hand or vintage please note that there may be some imperfections but these will be listed on the products page. Please ensure to read products descriptions before purchasing.

    Unfortunately, however, if you do have an issue with the quality of your item/s please contact us here within 14 days of receipt. Once your return has been approved, return delivery instructions will be emailed to the address provided and a refund will be processed to the original payment form once we have received your item/s.

  • Please refer to the washing and composition label inside of your product/s for the relevant information on how to care for and wash your items. On the occasion that your product/s do not have a washing label, please refer to the composition of them and care for them accordingly.

  • As our products are sourced second-hand and vintage worldwide, we do not go by sizing labels due to variation between eras and countries of origin. All of the measurements for products will be listed in the description of the item. Please ensure to read products descriptions before purchasing to ensure you are happy with the sizing of the product.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to restock sold out items due to being sourced second-hand and/or vintage. We do, however, regularly restock new products which you can keep up to date with by signing up to our newsletter below.

Payment, shipping and returns

  • We are currently based in and ship from the UK.

  • We accept card payments, PayPal and Apple Pay.

  • We current aim to process and ship orders within 3 working days, however please note that due to being a small team this may vary due to external circumstances. You’ll be sent a shipping confirmation and tracking code when your order has been dispatched.

  • We currently offer worldwide shipping from the UK. Please see below to find out our domestic and international shipping rates.

  • If you would like to make a return, please contact us directly. Only pre-approved returns will be accepted and shall be processed in exchange for store credit. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of the return postage. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you have any issues with your order please contact us here.

  • If ordering internationally, please note that your parcel may be subject to extra fees depending on your location and that the cost of these are not included in your shipping cost. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover these fees. If you have any further questions on this, please contact your local customs office for further information.

  • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail where you will be able to use the tracking code provided on your order dispatch email to track your parcel here. If you are having a problem with the delivery of your parcel, please contact us here.

  • Please double check that all information provided at checkout is correct before completing your purchase. If, however, you have made an error with your shipping information, please contact us here immediately with the correct information and your order number as we are only able to make changes providing that your order has not already been dispatched.
